I loved this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. I could easily walk to a supermarket and some great restaurants within just 10 minutes. Plus, the airport shuttle bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient for transportation.
I can't recommend this venue enough! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a reliable internet connection.

The hotel location is great, as it is close to many restaurants and shops. the staff was kind and helpful during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small fruit plate waiting for us in our room upon arrival.
The hotel had a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout, which was very unpleasant for us non-smokers. Our room also had a damp and stuffy smell, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Located close to Haikou People's Park, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the park and its surroundings. Nearby shopping malls provide ample options for those looking to shop, while public transport makes it easy to get around. the hotel offers a great breakfast spread with local and Western options. Rooms are spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and free internet. the hotel boasts views of the city streets below, and attentive service from the cleaning maid, porters, and reception staff.
Some areas of the hotel require refurbishing, according to a guest who reviewed the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and natural light. the hotel was located near plenty of shops and amenities, and was easy to find taxis. the staff were helpful and attentive, and the housekeeping was excellent.
The hotel was run-down and in need of refurbishing. the carpet was stained and the bathroom lighting was poor.
